As a kind of load equipment, the villa elevator should also consider the load power. There are many types of load power, and when installing an elevator installation, its power should match the load force. So how is the power of the villa elevator allocated?

Generally, the power factor of a purely resistive load elevator is 1, the power factor of a linear load elevator is generally 0.6 μ0.8, and the power factor of a non-linear load elevator is generally 0.2×0.4. When the load power is matched, the general 10 KVA voltage regulator can carry 7kW pure resistance lift, but can only carry 5kW arc load elevator or 3KW non-linear load elevator.

Our villa elevators can't work at full capacity for a long time, so when matching the power supply, there should be some backup power. In general, a 10 KVA UPS can carry the most important load elevator of 8 kW, while an 8 kW load elevator is 100% full and the average load is 30% of the remaining elevator.

If the elevator is running at 100% full load for a long time, it poses a great threat to the safety of the elevator, so the elevator is very simple, and the total incidence rate increases after the manual maintenance cost. A home elevator is different from a public elevator, which is used by a single home. Therefore, the home elevator puts forward higher requirements on safety protection, especially for the elderly or children in the family. If there is a sudden power outage or malfunction in the elevator, the home elevator with automatic rescue device and automatic dialing configuration is selected. Provide maximum security for your family.
