Summary:

From the perspective of ensuring the safety of personne […]

From the perspective of ensuring the safety of personnel, passenger cars and the elevator itself, combined with the above application characteristics of automobile elevators and existing relevant elevator technical standards, the design, manufacture, installation and inspection of automobile elevators should meet the following technical requirements (for the entry of forklifts) The hoistway and guiding system of the freight elevator of the car should also be designed and installed according to the technical requirements of the car elevator).

1. Signs and symbols

The direction of travel should be marked on the floor of each floor of the car elevator. In the obvious entrance of landing door and car, durable materials are used to make the length, width and height limit signs and load limit signs. The font height should not be less than 10cm and should be eye-catching.

2. The well

2.1 The strength requirements of the shaft

The automobile elevator shaft structure should have sufficient strength to not only withstand the loads of ordinary elevators during operation, but also withstand the loads generated when the car is loaded and unloaded. The traction elevator shaft should meet the relevant requirements of GB 7588-2003. It is better to use reinforced concrete to cast the shaft as a whole, or reinforced concrete to form a frame and fill the shaft with high-quality solid bricks. For hydraulic elevators, concrete structure shafts should also be used. Multi-cylinder side-mounted vertical tops are allowed to use brick wall shafts, but should meet the requirements of Table 2. When installing the rail bracket on the wall of the solid brick shaft, wall-penetrating bolts and continuous steel plywood should be used. The area of the steel plywood should be able to extend to 80 mm outside the center of the cross section of all bolts. The bolt perforation on the steel clamp plate should not be too large. The bolts should use 8.8 high-strength bolts with a diameter of not less than 14mm, and should be equipped with flat gaskets and elastic gaskets or other anti-loosening measures.

2.2. Requirement of the joint strength between the shaft wall and landing sill

The side wall of the landing door and the landing sill shall have sufficient bonding strength.
