Car elevator outline size and weight 2

Update:03-08-2020
Summary:

3. Orientation The guide rails, accessories, and joints […]

3. Orientation

The guide rails, accessories, and joints should be able to withstand various loads and forces applied during elevator use, and should be able to:

(1) Ensure the guidance of the car and counterweight.

(2) In order to balance the tilting moment applied to the car when the car enters and exits the elevator, the car guide should adopt no less than 4 rigid steel solid guide rails. The deformation of the guide rail should be limited within a certain range to ensure:

① There should be no accidental unlocking of the door;

② The operation of the safety device is not affected;

③ Moving parts should not collide with other parts.

4. Car

(1) Car entrance and exit doors should be provided with control panels or other control facilities on the walls of the car. The position should be such that the driver in the passenger car can operate the elevator to open or close the door without leaving the car.

(2) The car floor should be made of non-slip materials, and should be equipped with driving guides and parking lines to park the car in the line to reduce the possibility of the car hitting the car wall or hitting the car door when entering or exiting the elevator.

(3) In order to prevent the possibility of overloading risks that cannot be ruled out when people use car elevators, such as when the maintenance workshop is off duty or the evacuation of people in supermarkets and shopping malls, the area of the car elevator car should be based on the relevant standards and the outer dimensions of the passenger car. Reasonable restrictions. For the car area, the traction elevator can be set according to the standard of 200kg/m and the size of the passenger car according to GB 7588-2003; hydraulic elevators are divided into two situations:

① Those with a rated load of 4000kg or less can be set according to the 200kg/square meter standard and passenger car outline size.

② For the load above 4000kg, it can be set according to the relevant standards of hydraulic freight elevator. When the rated load exceeds 1,600kg, each additional 100kg will increase the area by 0.4 square meters, that is, the hydraulic car elevators with "*" in Table 3, which can also be used as freight elevators.

For the size of the car, the width of the elevator car should not be less than the width of the car plus 500mm, the height should not be less than the height of the car plus 100mm, and the length should not be less than the length of the car plus about 1m. For car elevators serving fixed models, such as car manufacturers or 4s shops, the car size and area can be less than the values in Table 2.

(4) Before the elevator with a car area exceeding the standard is installed and put into use, 150% of the rated load should be used for static load test and safety gear test. Correspondingly, the power, traction conditions, and specific pressure of the rope groove of the car elevator should meet the requirements of the corresponding standards and specifications.

5. Overload and partial load protection

The weighing device of the car elevator must not only realize overload protection, but also accurately reflect the load information of the elevator when the car is unbalanced, so that the passengers can adjust the load in time and improve the elevator traction conditions. The car elevator car is relatively long and narrow. If it is still like an ordinary passenger elevator, a single micro switch or weight sensor is set on the lower beam of the car. When the car is unbalanced, the load in the car cannot be accurately reflected. For traction type car elevators and central straight top type hydraulic elevators, it is advisable to install weight sensors at the four corners of the car bottom or use other methods to reflect the partial load.

6. Channel requirements at the entrance and exit of the landing

The passage at the entrance and exit of the car elevator landing door should be able to meet the needs of a passenger car to safely enter and exit the elevator, and the curvature and slope should be reasonable, so that the driver can see the driving passage outside the elevator not less than the length of the car. . If the requirements cannot be met, facilities such as mirrors or monitors should be installed.

7. Prevent shared rides between passenger cars and non-occupants

Car elevators should take measures to prevent dangers caused by passenger cars sharing the elevator with non-occupants.
